  1. Cook the rice per package directions, DO NOT use instant or parboiled rice. After done, spread out on a sheet pan and let cool, wrap up and place in fridge until ready to use.. within 2-3 days.
  2. Chop onion, carrot and celery in a processor to get tiny bits of veggies.
  3. Scramble eggs in the microwave and chop after cooking.
  4. Saute onion, celery,carrots, green onion, and garlic in the oils and butter until no longer crunchy.
  5. Separate the cold rice into individual grains and mix with vegetables, heat through
  6. Add scrambled eggs.
  7. Add sesame seed.
  8. Add soy sauce into the mixture, stirring well until completely heated through.
