  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
  3. With an electric hand mixer beat ingredients at medium speed.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine banana, oats and milk.
  5. Add ingredients to sugar mixture and beat well.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  7. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture.
  8. Beat until just moist.
  9. Spoon batter into one large greased loaf pan.
  10. Place loaf pan into preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Bread will is done when a toothpick is placed in the center of the bread and comes out clean.
