  1. 1. Preheat broiler.
  2. 2. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place bread slices, evenly spaced, on the cookie sheet.
  3. 3. Drizzle 1 - 2 teaspoons olive oil over each bread slice. It is not necessary to cover the whole slice with oil. The area surrounding the where the oil lays will absorb it, covering a larger area.
  4. 4. Sprinkle garlic salt over each slice of bread. Typically a pinch or two is all that is needed to cover each slice.
  5. 5. Place cookie sheet under broiler for about a minute or two until golden brown. Keep a very close eye on the bread and NEVER leave it unattended. It will go from golden to black in seconds.
