  1. Boil the cinnamon sticks in one cup of water. Take the sticks out when the water is yellow and has the smell and taste of cinnamon. Let cool
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 3 minutes at high speed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a glass bottle and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop. Serve chilled in small sherry glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon.
