  1. Cook strips of bacon first in a large skillet, once done put to the side with paper towels soaking up the grease.
  2. Add sausage and 3 pepper blend to skillet and cook until sasauge is done. Drain grease.
  3. Add blocks of cream cheese and bacon into the skillet. Stir everything together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Open cans of crescents and unroll into 8 triangles per can.
  5. Put 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture into the large side of the crescent. Roll up from the large side to small side, pinch ends to seal.
  6. Put in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Take out of oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
