  1. Crush berries and put in slow cooker
  2. (i crush with potato masher)
  3. add lemon juice
  4. sprinkle with pectin
  5. let stand 10 minutes
  6. stir in sugar
  7. cover and cook on low 2 hours stir twice during that time. Turn cooker on high and cook 2-3 more hours until jam reaches desired consistency. Let cool or can into jelly jars.
