Make the crust by mixing 1. 2. 3. together and pressing in the bottom of a 9" spring form pan
Mix in a large bowl 4. 5. at med speed with mixer...add 6. one at a time mixing well after each egg...blend in 7. and 8. ...pour over the crust bake 450* for 10 min and then lower the oven to 250* for 30 min....
loosen cake from rim and cool before removing the side...chill and store in fridge
may serve with fudge sauce or squirt of choc syrup on top...may omit the chocolate chips and serve with cherries, strawberries, caramel sauce etc
