Raisin Oat Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Pre-grease baking sheet.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  4. Add melted butter, milk, and egg to the dry ingredient mixture.
  5. Mix just until moistened.
  6. Stir in the raisins.
  7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  8. Place scones in preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Scones should be a light brown color.
