In a bow1, combine zucchini, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mix well. Pour into greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
For topping, in a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, oats and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over zucchini mixture. Bake in preheated oven 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and zucchini is tender.
