  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rice and salt in greased two quart casserole, set aside.
  2. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Add chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Pour over rice; stir.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and enjoy!
