  1. Mix all ingredients but the shrimp in a soup or crockpot.
  2. bring to boil then turn down to low and let simmer.
  3. 1/2 hour before serving time add shrimp and cook until heated through.
  4. Taste and add seasonings as desired and serve with a crusty bread.
  5. can be made in a crockpot and welcome other veggies too!
