  1. Pre-heat oven to 375.
  2. Prepare crust in pie plate (i like to pre cook it about 10 minutes so the crust gets all the way done)
  3. In small mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, salt butter and cream. Stir in vanilla, brandy and pecans.
  4. Pour into pie crust, bake 40-50 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown
