  1. Add all filling ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well blended. Pour filling into pie shell.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degress, and bake for another 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Refrigerate until serving.
