  1. In a double boiler over hot, not boiling water, slowly melt chocolate and butter until smooth, stirring occasionally, add pinch of salt once melted {and instant coffee if chocolate version}. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish, I line it with saran wrap to more easily remove candy for slicing. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut.Stir in condensed milk and vanilla until crumbs are moistened. Stir in chocolate mixture until well mixed. Press out evenly in baking dish. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before cutting.
