  1. Boil potatos and carrots ( you can cook together) till tender.Keep a eyes on carrots, they will cook faster.
  2. Cool potatos, carrots and beets then dice beets and potatos.
  3. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix very well. Salad will be pinkish purple.
  4. enjoy
