  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour salt, Tabasco or Worcestershire, and nutmeg.
  4. Stir in the crabmeat/spinach and Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
