  1. Prepare jelly roll pan (or large flat baking pan) with foil covering sides and bottom and sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat oven 350*
  3. Arrange crackers on foil fully covering the bottom of the pan.
  4. Put butter and sugr into sauce pan
  5. Cook to melt butter and sugar together and bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour sugar/water mixture over crackers.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chococlate chips evenly over the cracker mixture.
  9. Return to oven and bake for another 2 or 3 minutes or until chocolate chips are almost melted.
  10. Remove from oven and carefully spread chocolate evenly over all.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts if you are using them
  12. Cool and break into pieces and try to leave some for the others.
