"2-2.5lbs sirloin Beef 1 large onion Salt Pepper 3 cups Cider- high quality is better 2 cups Beef Stock (can use more cider and bullion, especially if lower grade cider) 5 tablespoons flour Cut meat into small pieces, salt and pepper Brown meat on both sides Add onion diced Heat up about 2 minutes Add flour Heat 2-3 minutes Add cider and beef stock Bring to boil put in oven for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes"
