  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs.
  3. Add cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, margarine and milk, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Arrange one large slice of mushroom and long scallion tops forming a pattern for slices.
  6. Place in pre-heated oven for 22 minutes, turn and bake an additional 22 minutes.
