"Best dinner you'll ever have! My mom made these all through my childhood and it was the first recipe I had to have after moving out! You can use venison, beef, or any kind of burger really. Very simple to make and it's a must to have mashed potatoes and green beans on the side ;-)"

  1. Dice onion and begin to saute in oil (1 ring around pan)on medium heat in a large skillet. I use olive but any kind will work. Also, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. While onions are cooking place burger in a large bowl and sprinkle with garlic and onion powder (approx. 1/2 tsp each)
  3. Add egg and bread crumbs and combine. Roll into meatballs (any size you prefer) I usually make mine a little bit larger than a golf ball.
  4. Turn up the heat on your pan a little and add the meatballs to the onion and brown on all sides. Drain remaining oil in pan and add the cream of mushroom soup and beef gravy to the pan.
  5. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours (depending on the size of meatballs) or until no longer pink.
