  1. beat egg yolks until smooth and slightly thickened. add ALL other ingredients; beat until smooth
  2. cook over med heat, stirring CONSTANTLY - do not boil; will thicken visibly
  3. remove from heat
  4. drink hot or cold
  5. will thicken a little more as it cools-if you can wait that long
  6. serve garnished with spices, whipped cream, marangue, mint leaves or nothing!
