Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with Mexi-Philly Dip

"My family loves cream cheese recipes and this is a favorite. Many of our favorite Mexican food restaurants serve bacon wrapped shrimp.. easy enough... but then I found this great combination online- a salsa cream cheese dip served with bacon wrapped shrimp!"

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Thaw, clean and devein shrimp and remove tails. Rinse and pat dry. Squeeze the juice of two limes over shrimp. This will marinate the shrimp as you wrap the bacon.
  3. Slice 15 strips in bacon in half. Wrap each of these around a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place Bacon Wrapped Shrimp onto a broiler pan. Place in preheat 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix your PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE (if not room temperature, microwave for 30 seconds) with the 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa. Mix well.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove Bacon Wrapped Shrimp from oven and serve the along side the Mexican Philly Dip.
  7. Sprinkle a bit of Dried Cilantro. Enjoy
