Mix the first nine ingredients until well blended. Place the chicken in a skillet sprayed with a bit of olive oil spray. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer, covered for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once. Remove chicken and keep warm on a plate covered with foil. Mix the cornstarch and water together in a small bowl and pour into the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
