In a large pan dice the onion and sautee in olive oil on medium heat until slightly brown, add the sausage cut into slices and sautee until sausage is slightly browned. Add the frozen peas, can of diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, generous amount of smoked paprika and garlic powder. Mix with wooden spoon, when it starts simmering lower the head to low and cover pan. Cook approx 30 mins or until peas are tender, adjust seasoning as needed. When done remove from fire, add chopped baby dill ( approx 2 Tbsp) mix and serve. Enjoy!
