  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk together brown sugar, molasses and bourbon in small pot. Bring to a simmer and turn off heat. Add salt and Tabasco.
  2. Pour mixture into large bowl. Place turkey breast, breast-side down, in marinade. Let soak for 1 hour, flipping occasionally.
  3. Place turkey, breast-side up, on roasting rack in a roasting pan. Place all in a 450 degree oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
  4. At this point, test the temperature: insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. You are looking for a temperature of at least 160 degrees. If temperature is lower than 160 degrees, return the turkey to the oven and test again in 10 minutes.
  5. When turkey has reached proper temperature, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
