Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring butter to room temperature so it can be easily spread (don't melt it!)Rinse and pat your turkey dry. Loosen the skin from the turkey meat all the way back and through the leg by sliding your hand under the skin. There will likely be a membrane you will need to carefully press your hand through. Try not to tear the skin! Rub 1/2 the herb butter under the skin. Toss a tablespoon of flour in the bag, Layer about 5 carrots in the bottom and place the turkey on top, this allows the heat to get underneath. Rub remaining butter inside the turkey and on top equally. Stuff the inside of the turkey with the onion, apple slices, orange slices, sage, rosemary and final carrot cut into pieces equally and put the leftovers in the bottom of the bag. Inject turkey into meat all over with prepared injection liquids. Seal bag and cut about 5 slits around the top. Roast for about 3.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees when tested in thigh meat. Let stand about twenty minutes and don't forget to save all those lovely juices for gravy!
