  • Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the carrots in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover.
  3. Cook 6-8 minutes, or until just soft.
  4. Drain, reserving 1/4 c of the liquid.
  5. Mix onion, horseradish, mayo, parmesan cheese and reserved liquid.
  6. Toss with carrots and then place in a shallow backing pan.
  7. Salt & Pepper to taste.
  8. Sprinkle with bread crumbs to cover.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
