  1. Place washed, quartered orange the food processor and pulse to a coarse chop. Add washed, drained cranberries and pulse to a coarse chop-about five seconds. Add chopped nuts. Turn into a bowl and stir in sugar to taste. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 2 1/2 cups. May be frozen for several weeks.
