Mix softened cream cheese and jello mix together. Drain the pears and reserve the syrup. Pour the syrup in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the jello and cream cheese to the syrup and mix together. Pour into a jello mold and place in the refrigerator - chill until slightly thick. Cut the pears into pieces and set aside. Beat the cream and then mix with pears and jello mixture. Place back into fridge to chill and set.
