  1. 1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic, stir until browned.
  2. 2. Stir in 2 cups of water, seasoning packets, Italian seasoning, and carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in broken noodles and zucchini. Bring to a boil. Boil uncovered for 5-6 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and noodles are cooked. Stir gently to break up noodles.
