Cook oats in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes, and in another pan cook millet in 1 1/2 cup of water for 20 minutes. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Put diced vegetables in a big bowl, add the two cooked grains and incorporate oil, tamari or soy sauce, allspice, nutmeg, cloves and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Either set one ready-made raw pie crust into a 9-inch round pie plate or roll your dough onto floured working space and then place it in 9-inch round pie plate, put your filling in and cover with another pie dough disk. Pinch the edges shut and make sure you pierce a couple 'chimneys' into the top dough disk so your pie doesn't blow up while cooking. This is the time to get creative with a fun design as well! Now you can brush the crust with beaten egg or leave it as it is, and bake for 40 minutes or until your crust is a nice golden brown. Serve with ketchup, fruit or onion chutney or antyhing that means 'Holidays' to you!
