Cook cornbread and biscuits. After cooling, crumble cornbread and biscuits into 8 quart bowl. Then add poultry seasoning, salt & pepper. Cover & set aside. Saute: 1 stick of margarine or butter, chopped celery & chopped green onion until clear. Mix into dressing & pour 4 cans of chicken broth, along with drippings of 2 fryers or 1 turkey. Mix well. Dressing will be soupy. Spray pan with Baker's Joy non-stick baking spray. Pour dressing into a 15"x10"x2" pan. Decorate with sliced apples & pecan halves. Bake for 1 Hour @ 350 degrees.
