  1. Mix Teriyaki sauce package, water and mango coconut sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken. Save marinate, and add to skillet as needed. Add celery, cabbage, onion and bamboo shoots. Cook until veggies are tender. Add marinate to make a little sauce. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Serve over Rice.
