"One of my personal favorite because it's so easy to make, and you can mix and match in your favorite sauces. Goes well with white rice, but even better if you cook rice with the chicken broth from cooking the chicken (just add in two garlic bulbs, another pinch of salt)."

  1. Fully cook chicken and ginger with a pinch of salt in boiling water (Make sure water is enough to cover chicken
  2. Cool chicken
  3. Tear chicken up into shreds with hand (Don't worry about perfection, just have fun with it!)
  4. Mix sauce ingredients
  5. Pour over shredded chicken and mix
  6. Garnish
  7. Serve with rice
