  1. cake instructions:
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl then add remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer and bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan or 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If using a convection oven, cooking time may be less. To make cupcakes, use a muffin tin with paper liners and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Cool completely before frosting or the frosting will melt.
