  1. Melt chocolate and butter in pan. Add pecans and stir until well coated. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, and unbeaten eggs.
  2. Mix until well blended, do not beat. Stir in chocolate and pecans, do not beat. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Place paper cups in muffin tins and fill with batter.
  4. Bake at 325. 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in muffin tins before removing.
