  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rinse wings well under cold water.
  3. Transfer the wings to a large bowl, and pour the Pacific Island Soy Sauce over wings, making sure they are all coated.
  4. Place the coated wings in a roasting pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the Pain is Good Batch #114 Jamaican Jerk Hot Sauce with the water and evenly coat the wings with the sauce.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour and serve hot.
  8. Additional Pain is Good Batch #114 Jamaican Jerk Hot Sauce can be used for dipping if desired.
