  1. Cut the cleaned potatoes in half, leaving skin on.
  2. Cut each half into 4 wedges.
  3. Place the potatoes and onions on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to fold over and seal the potatoes inside for roasting.
  4. Using a pastry or basting brush, brush each wedge with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle each wedge and onion generously with the Bilardo Brothers Chicken Rub.
  6. Seal potato wedges in foil and roast over high heat on grill for 30 minutes.
