  1. Brown ground chuck, drain and set aside.
  2. Sautee onion, garlic, and cabbage in olive oil until slightly softened. Set aside.
  3. Prepare rice with 4 1/2 c. water in a large pot.
  4. Turn burner off.
  5. Add ground chuck, cabbage mixture, soups, tomato sauce, onion soup mix.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Place lid on pot as it continues to "steam" the cabbage mixture, about 10 minutes.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve in bowls with a dash of hot sauce.
