  1. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients; set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time until each is well incorporated. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture just until well combined. Fold in butterscotch chips and and pecans. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
