"This is what we call wet meat, it is a beef gravy sauce with browned ground beef, over mashed potatoes. My wife's mom taught her how to make this about 45 years ago. this version has more meat in it than the original."
Take potatoes and peal off skins, cube potatoes, boil potatoes in a 3 quart pot with water. When fork tender rinse, put thru a ricer in to a bowl, and mix butter, and milk into the potatoes.
In the same fry pan that you cooked the hamburger, sprinkle flour over the hamburger, and hamburger fat to make a roux, add beef stock, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring up to temperature short of boiling.
