  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Set aside.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients and then drizzle the melted margarine or butter and using 2 knives, work it throughout so you end up with a crumb mixture.
  3. Sprinkle it evenly over the sweet potatoe mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for about an hour, until topping is almost hard.
