  1. Warm the Cheese in a microwaveable bowl for 40 Seconds or until the cheese melts and becomes gooey. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  2. Crush the mint leaves and add it to the cheese along with all the other ingredients listed.
  3. Mix well and serve with your favorite chips or multigrain crackers.
