  1. Mix all liquids into a measuring cup, add and sir in corn starch.
  2. fill 3 quart pot with water, boil, add Lo mein noodles, only cook for 2 mins. remove, and rinse the noodles. If you cook them too long they become soggy and fall apart when you fry them.
  3. Heat up a fry pan with some vegetable oil or olive oil in the pan.
  4. fry the beef until the beef is browned, remove beef and set the beef aside.
  5. Make sure there is some oil in the pan, and add, onions, green onions, garlic, ginger, cabbage, celery, and any other vegetables you wish. fry and stir vegetables until they are cooked to your desired taste.
  6. Add noodles, and beef and stir till hot
  7. Add finishing sauce, and stir into the vegetables, and noodle mixture, the fishing sauce should thicken up rather quickly.
  8. remove and dish
