  1. Blend together the eggs, cream, honey, pumpkin, and spices until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl as you go.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture, approximately 30 seconds on each side, before laying it in the pan to cook.
  4. Cook each side of the soaked bread slices until brown. Remove to a plate as you put the next slices in the skillet.
  5. Serve warm as-is or with maple syrup.
