  1. Brown your pork with olive oil. After done cooking, stir flour over cooked pork. Leave all oil and fat in pan as the flour will absorb oil and fat.
  2. To skin tomatoes place in boiling water for 1 -2 mins.
  3. saute onions and garlic
  4. Process all green chili and tomatoes in blender
  5. Chop tomatillos
  6. Add everything in to a large stock pan and
  7. add water chicken bouillon and chicken broth
  8. Simmer for a few hours. Leave lid off to help thicken
