  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut bottom third of Asparagus and throw them away. Cut the remaining portion into ½ in. pieces. Next cut the Canadian Bacon into ½ in pieces. Shred cheese. Press garlic and grate onion. Heat oil in large pan and cook asparagus for 10 minutes (be sure to salt your asparagus). Add the bacon, onion and garlic. Stir well. Cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and cover. Meanwhile combine eggs, cream, bisquick, parmesan, butter and ½ tsp. each of salt and pepper, Dijon and hot sauce.
  3. Prepare the pie crust for the pan. Once arranged in your pie dish, add asparagus mixture. Top with cheese and then with egg mixture.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes, or until browned and the toothpick comes out clean.
  5. (optional, but highly recommended!) Prepare your favorite Hollandaise sauce and serve! Enjoy!
