  1. In a big pot, sizzle bacon to crispy & remove. Toss in diced potatoes & cover with water. Throw in bullion & some seasoning. When potatoes are fully cooked, mash them up to your liking. Throw the rest of the ingredients in and crumble up the bacon to toss in or use as a garnish.
