  1. Place white sugar in bowl of mixer. Whisk for a few minutes to break up any clumps.
  2. Add desired amount of molasses.
  3. Mix for several minutes until completely blended.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
  5. *NOTE* Freshly made brown sugar can smell very strong. I prefer to let mine sit a few days before using it. The flavor also blooms a bit more after a few days.

I love this recipe because it's adapted for use with a KA mixer. I never woud have thought to use the whisk! a genius! Being a KA mixer over achiever I love to find new things to do with it. ...
