  1. Scoop out squash. In medium sauce pan combine broth, squash and seasonings. Set pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes. Puree soup in blender in batches. Only fill the blender half full or it explodes because of the heat...be careful.
  2. Serve into bowls and dollop with Lime Creme and Garnish with zest.
  3. Lime creme - Mix together Sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon of zest and Lime juice.
